Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your antimicrobial garments are tracked securely.

Package Securely

Place the items in their original protective packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring no old labels are visible.

Receive Refund or Exchange

After our quality control team inspects the antimicrobial integrity of the return, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
